About The Founder
Jackie Lu, CPA, CISA, brings experience across Big Four audit, global treasury operations, and hands-on financial leadership through private-equity transactions.
His background spans developing treasury systems, overseeing multi-billion-dollar credit facilities, and executing large, hundreds-of-millions-scale M&A transactions that led to acquisitions by global private equity firms – providing deep, practical expertise in corporate finance, deal execution, and financial reporting.
His approach to finance leadership is grounded in trust, clarity, and disciplined execution. From 13-week cash flow management to lender investor negotiations and founder support during due diligence, he focuses on simplifying decisions and strengthening financial outcomes.
Jackie has negotiated trade finance, cash-flow and working-capital facilities, leases, foreign-exchange lines, and owner-occupied financing ranging from $1M to over $25M across the logistics, real estate, hospitality, and professional services sectors.
